Subject: Request for Sunday Working Payment
Respected Sir,
Myself Sachin Thakur (Typist) from the Content Department. I would like to inform you
that on 5 April (Sunday) of last month, I came to the office due to the Marathon Class. I
was called by Dinesh Sir for office work on that day.
Due to some reason, my wash punch/punch in and punch out could not be properly
recorded in the system. However, I have properly mentioned my attendance timing in the
attendance register.
Despite working on Sunday, I did not receive payment for that working day. Last month, I
had only one leave and one Sunday working day, therefore my total payment should be
calculated for 30 days. But the payment for the Sunday working day has not been added.
Therefore, I kindly request you to please consider my Sunday working attendance and
provide payment for that one working day.
I shall be very thankful to you for your support and consideration.
