COURSE DESCRIPTION

: This course focuses on building the learners’ knowledge, practical skills, and professional
attitudes in baking and food preparation services NC II based on industry standards. It includes
essential competencies such as preparing and producing different baked products, properly using and
maintaining kitchen tools and equipment, observing food safety and sanitation procedures, and carrying
out basic food service tasks.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Individuals who intend to enroll in this course should meet the following criteria:

 Can read and write


 Possesses good moral character
 Has the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
 Is physically fit and mentally sound, as certified by a Public Health Officer
