Threats by Civil Department Students
Respected Sir,
I respectfully submit this application to bring to your attention a serious
matter of harassment, humiliation, and threats that I have been facing from
certain students of the Civil Department. This issue has deeply affected my
dignity, mental health, and academic performance.
I would like to present the details of the incident and ongoing behavior in the
following points:
1. Incident During University Bus Travel:
During a recent bus journey between university points, I was unable to find a
proper seat and had to adjust myself. At that time, a group of Civil
Department students started targeting me without any reason. They began
making inappropriate and disrespectful comments about my appearance and
clothing.
2. Public Humiliation and Inappropriate Language:
They used abusive and unethical language loudly in front of other students,
including female students, which caused me severe embarrassment. They
mocked me by making personal and inappropriate remarks, including
comments about my clothing in a highly humiliating manner.
3. Continuous Bullying and Mental Harassment:
Despite my polite requests to stop, they continued their behavior and
deliberately tried to make me feel inferior. Their actions were not casual jokes
but intentional bullying to mentally disturb me. Because of this, I have been
under stress and unable to focus properly on my studies.
4. Threats and Intimidation:
They also threatened me by saying that they would show me consequences in
the hostel and implied that they could harm me or create further problems.
This created fear and insecurity for my personal safety.
5. False Accusations and Targeting:
They repeatedly accused me of creating a meme page without any evidence
and kept targeting me even after I clarified multiple times and showed proof.
This false blaming has damaged my reputation among students.
6. Misuse of Seniority and Power:
They try to dominate others by showing that they are seniors and can do
anything. They use this position to manipulate, threaten, and disrespect other
students, which creates a toxic environment in the university.
7. Impact on My Academic and Personal Life:
Due to this continuous harassment, I am facing mental stress, anxiety, and
disturbance, which is badly affecting my academic performance and
confidence.
Request for Action:
In light of the above, I humbly request the administration to take strict and
immediate action:
Conduct a proper inquiry into this matter.
Suspend the involved students to prevent further harassment.
If proven guilty, take strict disciplinary action, including possible dismissal.
Ensure that these students do not contact, threaten, or approach me in any
form.
Take necessary steps to maintain a safe and respectful environment in
university transport (bus points).
Consider separating transport arrangements if required to avoid such
incidents in future.
Sir, I request you to treat this matter with urgency. This is not just a personal
issue but a matter of student safety, dignity, and discipline within the
university. I trust your leadership will ensure justice and prevent such
incidents from happening again.
