Daily Routine for a Late Riser

Morning ■■

• 8:00 AM – Wake up: Drink water, freshen up, avoid scrolling on phone immediately.

• 8:15 – 8:45 AM – Light Exercise: Stretching, push-ups, squats, jogging or skipping.

• 8:45 – 9:15 AM – Bath & get ready.

• 9:15 – 9:45 AM – Breakfast: Eggs & toast, oats, fruits, milk or tea.

Study Block 1 ■

• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Focus on difficult subjects like Maths, Science, and problem solving.

• Use 50 minutes study + 10 minutes break.

Afternoon ■■

• 12:30 PM – Lunch: Rice/roti, dal, vegetables, protein.

• 1:00 – 2:00 PM – Rest or short nap.

Study Block 2 ■

• 2:00 – 4:00 PM: Homework, notes, revision, MCQs.

• 4:00 – 5:00 PM – Free time: sports, music, friends, walk outside.

Evening ■

• 5:00 – 5:30 PM – Light activity: walk, stretching, cycling.

• 5:30 – 7:30 PM – Study Block 3: Practice papers, revision, memorization.

Night ■

• 8:00 PM – Dinner: Keep it moderate and not too heavy.
