Role Overview

●​ Position: Trainee Software Developer


●​ Duration: 6 Months (Internship to Full-Time Conversion based on performance)
●​ Location: Baner, Pune (In-office)

Job Description/Requirements

We are hiring across four specialized tracks. Candidates should have a strong foundation in at
least one of the following areas:

1. Business Analyst (BA) / Quality Assurance (QA)

●​ Focus: Bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, and ensuring
software excellence.
●​ Requirements:
○​ Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills (BRDs, User Stories).
○​ Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and STLC.
○​ Basic knowledge of manual and automation testing (Selenium/JMeter is a plus).
○​ Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.

2. AI/ML & Big Data Analytics (BDA)

●​ Focus: Building intelligent systems and processing large-scale data to drive business
insights.
●​ Requirements:
○​ Proficiency in Python or R.
○​ Foundational knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and Neural Networks.
○​ Familiarity with Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark) or Data Visualization (Power
BI/Tableau).
○​ Strong mathematical and statistical aptitude.
3. PHP Developer

●​ Focus: Developing robust web applications and managing back-end services.


●​ Requirements:
○​ Strong command of PHP and MySQL.
○​ Knowledge of frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter is preferred.
○​ Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
○​ Ability to build and integrate RESTful APIs.

General Qualifications

●​ B.E. / [Link] in Computer Science, IT, AIML and DATA


●​ Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
●​ A "can-do" attitude with a passion for learning new technologies in the Industrial AI
space.
●​ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
