registered owner of the Vehicle bearing registration no. OD-05-E-2509 have sold my
Vehicle to Sri Kishor Gauda son of Parshuram Gauda , AT/PO-
GOPALPUR,MADHUPUR,MADHUPUR,Kalahandi,Pincode-766110,Odisha for sum
of Rs.50,000/- on 9th May 2026 and handed over all the original documents to the
Purchaser.

I Sri Kishor Gauda hereby undertake that i will not misuse the vehicle for any illegal
activities and obey all the traffic rules while driving the vehicle. All the original
