MY SCRIPT EXPOSE

• To improve profitability, our first

recommendation is to invest more in
Insurtech. By automating small
insurance claims through a mobile
app, Wafa Assurance can reduce its
management costs. This makes the
company more efficient and the
customers happier."
• Our second recommendation focuses on
Risk Management. We suggest using data
to choose the most profitable contracts.
Also, because of inflation, the cost of
repairs is increasing. Wafa Assurance must
adjust its prices to protect its financial
margins and stay a leader.
• Wafa Assurance depends a lot on the
Moroccan market. To fix this, we
recommend faster expansion in Africa. By
growing in countries like Senegal or
Cameroon, the company reduces its risks
and finds new sources of revenue
• To face competition, Wafa Assurance needs
to innovate. We suggest developing Takaful
insurance for participatory finance and
Green insurance for ecology. This will
attract new customers and modernize the
company's image
