2022 known as the School Calendar and Activities for S.Y. 2024
– 2025 and OASYASC Unnumbered Memorandum on the
Interim Guidelines of the Youth Commission on Elections and
Appointment (Youth COMEA for S.Y. 2024– 2025 only) the

Candidates filled out an application form and submit all
requirements for evaluation.
Evaluation of Certificate of Candidacy (COC) vis-à-vis
Qualifications and Disqualifications
Mr. Mark Jayson V. Tudio Teacher I of Mahilum
Elementary School, is our assigned SPG Commission on
Screening and Evaluation, evaluated and validated the
COC and requirements submitted by the candidates for
the School SPG election for S.Y. 2024 – 2025. No
discrepancy was seen from the candidates that had
applied.

Campaign Period
Each party were given ample time to campaign and
explain their platforms
Elections
May 13, 2024
Election Day, voting for the new set of SELG Officer for
the S.Y. 2024 – 2025 began at 8:30 am. All students of
Mahilum Elementary School casted their votes. By 5:00
pm the votes were counted, and proclamation of winner
is conducted.
Representatives for each grade level were appointed by
our school head and as endorsed by the adviser.
