4. On your answer sheet, print and bubble your name, print and bubble the 7-digit school
index number that your teacher gives you, print your school name and county, bubble your
gender, and bubble the level of the contest that you are writing. Completely shade each
circle that you are bubbling, and fully erase any shading that you wish to remove.
5. This is a multiple-choice contest. Each question is followed by five possible answers marked
