Language (ESL) Tutor, where I facilitated one-on-one sessions with students of varying ages
and proficiency levels from diverse cultural backgrounds. This experience has honed my ability
to craft adaptive and well-structured lesson plans, track individual student progress over time,
and deliver constructive, timely, and encouraging feedback. My prior roles in customer service
have further reinforced essential professional values such as patience, empathy, active
listening, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure — qualities I consider
equally vital in fostering a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
