Good morning everyone. Please be reminded that in order to secure your


attendance and certificate for today’s orientation, kindly proceed to the
registration area and sign the attendance sheet. Our beautiful Human
Resource Management Office staff, Ms. Maribel A. Codaste and Ms.
Andrea C. Panelo, will be assisting you.

While we are completing the registration process, may we kindly request


everyone to take their seats and settle comfortably. We will begin shortly —
as we all know, good beginnings deserve proper preparation.

10:00 – 10:10 AM | Opening Ceremonies

Ladies and gentlemen, as we formally open today’s program, may we all feel
this solemn moment. May I request everyone to please rise for the Prayer,
followed by the Philippine National Anthem and the Trece Martires City
Hymn, through a video presentation.

This orientation marks the beginning of every professional journey and now
with our dear institution Trece Martires City College.

Good morning once again! And Welcome to the Orientation Program for
New Employees of Trece Martires City College.

Today’s orientation is designed to formally welcome our newly hired faculty


members and non-teaching staff and to help you understand not only your
duties and responsibilities, but also the culture of professionalism, integrity,
and public service that TMCC upholds. Orientation reminds us that learning
does not end at hiring — it only begins.
