Foundation.

Pahilo Paila Foundation, also known as PPF, is a non-profit organization dedicated to
promoting mental health, psychosocial well-being, social inclusion, and community
empowerment in Nepal. Through counseling, awareness programs, education,
psychosocial support, research, and rehabilitation, PPF works to build healthier and
stronger communities.

This International Culture and Study Tour is designed to create a meaningful learning
and cultural exchange experience for participants from different backgrounds and
countries. The program offers a unique opportunity to explore the natural beauty,
cultural diversity, and rich heritage of Nepal.

Participants will engage with local Rural Municipality offices to understand local
governance systems, community development initiatives, and public service delivery
at the grassroots level.

The tour also highlights local livelihoods and traditional products. Participants will
learn how local communities sustain their economy through agriculture, handicrafts,
