Warmth, elegance, and comfort served as inspiration for the Cloud Café
design idea. The café creates a laid-back communal atmosphere with soft
pastel hues, comfortable seating, decorative lighting, and Instagrammable
areas. The interior prioritizes client comfort while preserving efficient service
areas and easy mobility. The general ambiance is contemporary, feminine,
hospitable, and visually striking.

All elements of the café such as colors lighting and other interior details were
coordinated with each other in order to create a warm, elegant and also very
comfortable atmosphere for customers and staff. The soft neutral colors are
combined with natural materials and the modern furniture creates a harmonious
interior. The pendant lights the LED stripes and the wall lights create a very special
ambience in the café. Plants shelves wall textures and many other accessories are
incorporated in the interior in order to strengthen the identity of the café and to
create an attractive customer experience

Final Presentation Boards
These final presentation boards outline the full design of the Cloud Café. The cover
page of the project presentation outlines the concept of the Cloud Café and the
logo used. The concept and mood boards illustrate the colors, materials and the
mood of the proposed Cloud Café. The space planning and zoning diagrams
outline how the area will be zoned to meet the needs of all users of the café. The
furniture layout plans, the circulation plans, the lighting plans and the ceiling plans
and the material and finishes boards provide detailed information on the proposed
design of the Cloud Café. The FF&E selection boards outline the proposed furniture
and lighting for the café, complete with specifications. The 3D renderings and the
interior and exterior perspectives of the Cloud Café provide a professional
representation of the completed café, including all of the interior details

Detailed Design Report

The Detailed Design Report contains all the details of the completed interior
design of Cloud Café. It contains a full description of the development of the
interior design of the project including the space and use of zones, detailed
descriptions of furniture lighting, finishes and materials and color. The Report
includes details of all the furniture, fixtures and fittings that have been selected for
the interior design of the café and all aspects of the circulation through the café
and customer experience. It also outlines the intended atmosphere and all of the
design decisions made to achieve it. The Report contains supporting technical
information and drawings and images. It also includes a number of visual
presentations including the mood boards, material boards and 3D computer
generated images that have been used to develop the interior design of the Cloud
Café.

 CONTRACT DOCUMENTS PHASE
Purpose
The Contract Documents Phase consists of preparing all the required working
drawings technical specifications and project schedules etc. required to complete
and implement a project. This allows the contractor and suppliers of goods and
materials to know what the project entails before starting to construct it.

administration process focused on maintaining quality, functionality, and customer experience
throughout execution.

1. Coordinate with Contractors and Suppliers
The project team coordinated with contractors, furniture suppliers, lighting suppliers, and
material vendors to ensure smooth execution of the café interior design. Communication
was maintained to confirm delivery dates, installation processes, and material
specifications that matched the modern café identity and warm atmosphere requested by
the client.
2. Monitor Project Progress and Timelines
Regular site visits and progress tracking were conducted to monitor construction
activities, furniture installation, lighting setup, and finishing works. Updated schedules
were reviewed to ensure that all project phases were completed on time and according to
the approved workflow.
