3. Relationships with staff and working as a member of a team are key issues for us. Tell us
about your relationships with other staff, both teaching and support staff.
4. Relationships with students are also a key issue. Tell us about your relationships with
students. Give some examples on how you would go about developing a strong and positive
relationship with a student?
5. Class management issues are also central to the job. Tell us about some common practices
you adopt to help create effective classroom management.
6. You are becoming frustrated, say, with a student whose misbehaviour is constantly
unsatisfactory, in a low level way – he isn’t very co-operative with his teachers, say. How
would you deal with such a student?
