Running + Study Routine Plan

Morning (5:30 – 7:00 AM): Running

1 Monday: 6 × 400m fast


2 Tuesday: 3–4 km easy run
3 Wednesday: 2 km easy + 1.5 km fast
4 Thursday: 3 km + strides
5 Friday: 8 × 200m fast
6 Saturday: 4–6 km long slow run
7 Sunday: Rest or light walk

7:30 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast and preparation

Study Block 1 (9:00 – 11:00 AM): Focus on difficult subjects (no phone)

Break (11:00 – 12:00 PM): Rest and eat

Study Block 2 (12:00 – 2:00 PM): Practice and medium difficulty subjects

Rest (2:00 – 3:00 PM): Nap or relax

Evening (4:30 – 5:30 PM): Strength training (3–4 days/week)

Study Block 3 (6:00 – 7:30 PM): Light study and revision

Night (8:00 – 10:30 PM): Dinner, light revision, sleep by 10:30–11

Rules:

1 No mood-based decisions
2 Track running and study progress
3 Avoid overtraining
4 Minimum: 2 km run + 2 hours study daily
