Walmart Business: Marketplace Seller Overview

Walmart Business ([Link] is Walmart’s B2B website. Walmart Business is


designed to help businesses and organizations save time, money and hassle so they can focus on their
missions.

Walmart Business is inviting select Marketplace Sellers, on an invite only basis, to have item offers
displayed on Walmart Business ([Link]). By choosing to participate in Walmart Business
as a Seller, you are committing to adhere to any specific guidelines outlined herein and in accordance
with all terms and conditions set forth in the Comprehensive Marketplace Program Retailer Agreement
(“Agreement”), which is incorporated here by this reference.

Performance. You must adhere to the same performance standards of the Walmart Marketplace as
outlined here. All requirements related to returns, labeling or any other obligations will be consistent
with the requirements of the Walmart Marketplace.

Walmart Business orders will appear the same as your [Link] Marketplace orders. At this time,
you will not be able to differentiate which orders are generated on [Link] and which are
generated on [Link].

Nomination or Removal of Products. Walmart Business will initially manually curate the products that
are made available for sale on Walmart Business. Should you wish to nominate an additional item for
sale, please contact your Walmart Strategic Account Manager. Should you wish to remove a product
from sale on Walmart Business, you can unpublish the item offer from [Link], which will
automatically remove the item offer from Walmart Business. Should you wish to keep an item published
for sale on [Link] but remove it from Walmart Business, please contact your Walmart Strategic
Account Manager to discuss options. We are developing tools to automate this process in the future.
Walmart Business, at its sole discretion, determines which item offers from which sellers will be
displayed on Walmart Business.

Removal from Walmart Business. Walmart Business reserves the right to remove any Seller and/or any
item offer from the Walmart Business site ([Link]) at any time, in its sole discretion.

Walmart Business may modify, suspend, create additional, or discontinue these Guidelines, and any
other details related to Walmart Business at any time in its sole discretion. Your continued participation
on Walmart Business constitutes acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to any changes, please
cease use of Walmart Business, including your participation of offering items on the site. You should
contact your Walmart Strategic Account Manager if you wish to cease use of Walmart Business.
