Q: Do you usually have the same daily routine?

A: Yes, more or less. On weekdays, I tend to follow a fairly fixed routine because of my studies or
work. However, during weekends, my routine is quite different since I prefer to relax and be more
spontaneous.

Q: What is your daily routine?

A: I normally wake up around 7 a.m., get ready, and have breakfast. After that, I go to university or
start working. In the evening, I usually study or watch something online before going to bed.

Q: Do you like your daily routine?

A: To be honest, it’s quite comfortable, but sometimes it feels repetitive. I like the structure because
it helps me stay productive.

Q: Do you prefer a routine or a flexible schedule?

A: I prefer a balance. A routine helps me stay organized, but flexibility allows me to relax and enjoy
my time.

Q: What part of your day do you like the most?

A: The evening is my favorite part because I can relax, watch movies, or spend time with friends.

Q: What part of your day do you dislike?

A: I don’t like waking up early, especially in winter. It’s quite difficult for me.

Q: How has your daily routine changed over the years?

A: It has changed a lot. I used to have more free time, but now my routine is more focused on
responsibilities.

Q: Do you think having a routine is important?

A: Yes, it helps people stay organized and productive, but too much routine can be boring.

Q: What do you usually do in the morning?

A: I wake up, check my phone briefly, get ready, and have breakfast.

Q: Do you ever change your routine?

A: Yes, especially during weekends or holidays when I relax more.

Q: What would you like to change about your routine?

A: I would like to include more exercise in my daily life.

Q: Do you think people should have a strict routine?

A: Not really. A flexible routine is better to avoid stress.

Q: Is your routine different on weekends?

A: Yes, I wake up later and spend more time relaxing or going out.
Q: How do you feel when your routine is interrupted?

A: Sometimes frustrated, but it can also be refreshing.

Q: Do you think technology affects your daily routine?

A: Yes, it helps with productivity but can also be distracting.
