Make a list of ways to attract, develop and keep a quality workforce.

Attract:
 Offer competitive benefits that differ your company from the competition.
 Offer a quality working environment.
 Provide good and adequate payment for the workers.
 Improve the company’s market image so potential employees recognize the business.
 Develop great reputation for your company so that new skilled workers wish to integrate
to your workforce.
 Have a clear mission and goal so potential employees know what would be required of
them.
 Have a good position in the industry to attract employees with innovative minds.
 Include internship programs to attract potential students into the field/industry.

Develop:
 Proper leadership structure (including leaders who are supportive and inspirational) to
create an organized and engaging environment.
 Offer monthly training to employees to assist them in achieving their self-actualization
needs.
 Using effective communication to identify the workforce's weak areas.
 Investigate specific workforce needs to develop a quality team.
 Set performance metrics to analyze job performances and increase future improvement.
 Analyze the employees' weak areas and set training programs to help them improve.
 Give positive and useful feedback so employees can self-access their performances.
 Delegate senior staff to help junior employees to improve in their weak areas.
 Provide a good work-life balance that will enable workers to further develop their skills.
 Encourage a healthy relationship amongst employees.

Keep:
 Proper incentives and rewards for those workers who show effort and are hardworking
during a work period.
 Show trust in your quality employees by allowing them to grow and tackle
responsibilities.
 Treat employees with respect in the workplace – so that they are encouraged, actively
listened to, and treated with courtesy and politeness during their jobs.
 Provide monetary rewards for a well-done performance.
 Make the workplace decisions more participatory so employees feel part of the business.
 Offer employees benefits to keep them satisfied and happy.
 Help workers maintain a good work-life balance.
 Engaging in CSR programs as it inspires loyalty and engagement in the employees.
