Respected Ma’am,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing this application to sincerely apologize for my irregular attendance and lack of proper
communication during the semester. The reason for my absence was my medical condition. As
instructed by you, I have attached my medical reports for your reference.

Ma’am, I am a student of sixth semester/final year, and I am genuinely concerned about my


assessment marks. I completely understand that attendance and assessments are important. I am
not trying to avoid responsibility and I regret the inconvenience caused from my side.

The following components are pending/missed from my assessment:

1. VIVA taken on 11th of March.

2. The CA components which were given and checked during regular lectures.

The following assessment components have already been submitted/completed by me:

1. IA Test on 15th April

2. Attended the Plenary Session and submitted the written assignment on 17th April.

3. Viva on 22nd April

Ma’am, I humbly request you to kindly consider my situation once and allow reconsideration if
possible. Receiving an essential repeat in the final semester may affect my academic year.

I would be truly grateful for your understanding and support.
