4:45–5:30 PM Rest, sattvic snack & refresh

emphasise rest as part of rhythm (Ritu).

COACHING HOURS

5:30–8:30 PM Coaching — active listening

3 hrs Ask doubts same day. Note every formula with a symbol or diagram for visual memory. Treat
coaching like a second svadhyaya session.

JEE focus

EVENING — CLOSING THE DAY

8:30–9:00 PM Dinner — sattvic & light

sleep (Nidra).

or dahi with fruit. Eat slowly, no screens.

Dhyana + Aahar

MOCK TEST SESSION

9:00–11:30 AM Weekly mock test

2.5 hrs Full timed mock — coaching-provided or self-made, covering week's JEE topics. Exam
conditions strictly: no phone, no breaks, all 3 subjects. Trains both knowledge and temperament
(Dhairya).

Mock test

11:30 AM–12:30 Mock test analysis

PM Mark every wrong answer: C (concept gap), M (mistake), T (time issue). Spend 5 min per
60 min wrong answer on the correct approach. This is where real JEE improvement happens.

JEE focus
AFTERNOON

12:30–2:00 PM Lunch + full rest (Vishrama)

90 min Full sattvic lunch. Rest completely — nap, walk, or light music. No study. The mind consolidates
during rest, not during more study.

Aahar Vishrama

2:00–4:00 PM Board subject — full chapter practice

2 hrs Pick one complete chapter from any board subject. Read, make notes, solve all exercises.
Treat it like an exam is in 2 weeks.

Board revision

4:00–4:30 PM Outdoor time + tea

30 min Walk outside, play a sport, or sit in the sun. Vedic tradition values nature contact (Prakriti) as
mental medicine. No phone.

Vishrama

4:30–6:30 PM JEE problem practice

2 hrs Solve 20–25 problems from this week's coaching topics. Easy, medium, and at least 3–4 hard
problems. Track time per problem.

JEE focus

EVENING CLOSE

6:30–7:30 PM Family time + dinner

60 min Completely off-study. Eat with family, talk, relax. Being present with your household is part of a
balanced life.

Aahar

7:30–9:30 PM Evening study — weak areas

2 hrs Based on mock test analysis, revisit specific concepts you got wrong. Targeted revision is 3x
more effective than general re-reading. Maintain an error log.

JEE focus

9:30–10:30 PM Wind down + planning Sunday

60 min 10 min Shavasana. One Bhagavad Gita shloka. Write tomorrow's Sunday study plan on paper
— subjects, topics, and goals (Nidra-smriti).

Vedic practice

10:30 PM Sleep
Slightly later than weekdays — acceptable once a week. Still before 11 PM to protect the
Brahma Muhurta rhythm.

Nidra
Sunday — Recovery & Consolidation Day

6:00 AM 5 hrs Recovery

Wake up Total study Day focus

GENTLE MORNING

6:00–6:30 AM Wake up, pranayama & yoga — relaxed start

30 min Sunday intentionally starts later. Anulom Vilom (5 min) + 10 rounds Surya Namaskar. Gentle,
not intense.

Vedic practice

6:30–7:30 AM Meditation + Bhagavad Gita study

60 min 15 min sitting meditation, then 45 min reading one Gita chapter slowly with meaning. Builds
equanimity (Sthitaprajna) that top rankers carry into exams.

Dhyana

7:30–8:15 AM Sattvic breakfast — leisurely

45 min Cook or help prepare a proper breakfast. Eat slowly. No study material at the table on Sunday
— deliberate restraint (Tapas of the senses).

Aahar

STUDY MORNING

8:15–10:15 AM Board full revision — weekly sweep

2 hrs Sunday morning fully dedicated to board subjects. Write answers in full — not just reading.
Practice diagrams (Science), maps (Social), grammar (English). Rotate subjects across the
month.

Board revision

10:15–11:15 AM JEE concept review — week's topics

60 min Go through all JEE topics covered this week. Re-read formulas, re-derive two key results from
memory. Pure consolidation — cement the week's bricks before building next week.

JEE focus

AFTERNOON — REST & FAMILY (PROTECTED)

11:15 AM–2:00 Lunch + full rest + family time

PM Sacred block. Eat well, rest, spend time with family, pursue a hobby, go for a walk. A student
~3 hrs who rests well on Sunday studies far better Mon–Fri than one who grinds 7 days straight.

Vishrama

AFTERNOON STUDY
2:00–4:00 PM JEE — previous year questions
2 hrs Solve 15–20 PYQs (JEE/NTSE) on this week's topics. PYQs are the single most effective
Pre-Foundation tool — pattern recognition builds faster than any textbook.

JEE focus

4:00–4:30 PM Outdoor break

30 min Walk, sport, or sunlight. Non-negotiable. The brain needs physical reset to absorb the week
ahead.

Vishrama

EVENING — WEEKLY PLANNING

4:30–5:30 PM Weekly review + planning next week

60 min Review what you studied this week. Write a simple plan for next week: which JEE chapters,
which board subjects, which days. This 1-hour investment saves 5 hours of aimless studying.

Planning

5:30–7:30 PM Light JEE revision + formula drill

2 hrs No new topics. Go through your formula notebook — Physics, Math identities, Chemistry
equations. Test yourself by covering the right-hand side. Sunday formula drill is one of the most
underrated JEE habits.

JEE focus

7:30–8:30 PM Dinner + family

60 min Relaxed family dinner. No study. End the weekend on a human note, not a stressed one.

Aahar

8:30–10:00 PM Wind down — full preparation for Monday

90 min Pack bag, set 4:30 AM alarm, lay out clothes. 15 min Shavasana. One Gita shloka. Sleep with a
clear plan for the week ahead (Sankalpa for the new week).

Vedic practice

10:00 PM Sleep — back to weekday rhythm

Early sleep to protect the 4:30 AM weekday wake-up. Sunday night sleep quality sets the tone
for the entire week.
