Daily Routine (No School – Age 6.

5)

🌅 Morning Routine

7:30 – 8:00 AM → Wake up + freshen up

 Brush, bath, breakfast

 10–15 mins free play

📖 8:00 – 8:30 AM → English (Reading + Speaking)

Focus: speaking full small sentences

 I am happy

 I am eating

 This is my toy

 I see a cat

👉 Activity:

 Show object → child says sentence

 Repeat 5–6 times only

🔢 8:30 – 9:00 AM → Maths (Very simple)

 Counting 1–50 / 1–100 slowly

 Addition with objects:

o 2 apples + 1 apple

 Number recognition (flashcards)

👉 Keep it like a game, not writing-heavy.

🎨 9:00 – 10:30 AM → Play break

 Outdoor play / toys / drawing

 No study
🍎 10:30 – 11:00 AM → EVS (General Knowledge)

 Body parts

 Animals and sounds

 Days of week

 Fruits and vegetables

👉 Example:

🍽️11:00 AM – 4:00 PM → Rest + Play + Snack

 Free time

4:00 – 4:30 PM → English (Writing basics)

 Trace letters A–Z

 Write 3 simple words:

o cat, dog, ball

4:30 – 5:00 PM → Maths (Revision games)

 Count toys

 Identify numbers

 Simple + and − orally

5:00 – 5:30 PM → Language speaking practice

 Ask questions:
o What is your name?

o How are you?

 Child answers in full sentence:

o I am fine

o My name is …

5:30 – 6:30 PM → Free play / outdoor

🌙 Night Routine

7:30 – 8:00 PM → Light revision

 5 English sentences

 5 numbers

 1 rhyme

8:00 – 8:30 PM → Dinner + family talk

9:00 PM → Sleep

(Important: growth + memory happens during sleep)
