KILLER PSYCHOLOGY SCRIPT FORMULA

1. THE OPENING HOOK (0–5 sec)

Use one of these:

A shocking fact

A relatable pain-point

A harsh truth people don’t want to hear

A question that hits the ego

Formula:

“Here’s a psychology fact you’re not ready for: ___.”

OR

“If you do ___, this harsh psychology fact is going to hurt.”

OR

“Most people don’t realize this, but your brain has been lying to you about ___.”

2. SET UP THE CONFLICT (5–15 sec)

Introduce the psychological topic + why it matters.


Make it feel personal and urgent.

Formula:

“Psychologists call this ___. And once you understand it, you’ll see why you act the way you do.”

OR

“Your relationships, your habits, even your confidence… all of it is influenced by this one
psychological pattern.”

3. MID-VIDEO HOOK #1 (Pattern Interrupt)

Keep viewers from swiping.

Formula:

OR

4. THE DARK/TRUTH BOMB FACT (Harsh Psychology)

Drop something uncomfortable but true.


This is where retention spikes.

Formula:

Raise the stakes again.

6. BREAKDOWN / EXPLANATION (20–45 sec)

Keep sentences short and punchy.

8. SOLUTION / TAKEAWAY (45–60 sec)
