Responsible for all New Product Development as per Customer (EXPORT/DOMESTIC) Specification.
Maintaining & organizing all the laboratory requirements.
Implementing measures to ensure high Quality standard at all the stage of production.
Implementing various Quality management concept like House Keeping 5 S
Monitoring Raw material Inspection incoming and outgoing.
Hardness testing in ,HRB, HRC, BHN and HV.
Attending Customer complaints and analyze the root cause.
Checking physical & Mechanical properties like Tensile strength, Yield strength, Uniform
Elongation & total elongation meet as per the customer specifications and standards using FIE
Universal testing machine.
Weld flow testing in ERW TUBES .
Responsible making black ERW pipe GI pipe and precision tubes & CEW tubes.
DOCUMENTATION
Familiar with ISO/ IATF-16949 Requirements
Familiar with all standards using and followed during process and material testing like, IS, ASTM,
EN, JIS, BS,BIS and other applicable standards.
Inspection Report writing and timely submission / distribution

* Three year diploma in (Mechanical Engineering) from Board of Monad University Hapur
Graduation passed from Purvanchal University Jaunpur UP.
* Intermediate from UP Board Allahabad.
* High school from from UP Board Allahabad.
Computer Proficiency
Basic Knowledge of Computer.
MS Office – Word, Excel, Internet & E-mail operations.
