Reflective

Paper
My team consisted of three members. We
worked on Migration and Human rights. Our
issue was how to help refugees settle into
our school. Our final outcome was a leaflet
we made on Canva.
One of the strengths of our team was that
everybody knew what to do and when to do
it. We worked together well and cooperated
throughout the project. My personal strength
was bring new ideas and assigning roles for
the rest. One of my groupmates did not want
to work, but I found him a role that he was
good at.
My main role in the outcome was
researching the points and designing the
leaflet. I made sure that everything was
beautiful and well-presented. One challenge
we had was printing issues and not enough
time to finish. We had problems printing the
final copy. However, we overcame this by
asking one of our teachers to help us print it.
Before starting the project, I did not know
much about refugees. Now I understand their
challenges and how we can support them. If I
had another chance, I would improve the
design and add more information.
