QR-code RNI

To enroll in the Non-residents Records Database (RNI) in the Netherlands, you must make an appointment at one of the 19 RNI-counter municipalities and bring valid identification. see to the right.

Please note that you are not yet enrolled in


the RNI.

To enroll in the Non-residents Records Database (RNI) and receive your Citizen Service
Number (BSN), follow these steps now:

1. Don't have an appointment at a RNI-counter? Make an appointment at one of the 19


RNI-counter municipalities. The locations of the 19 RNI-counters can be found at
[Link]/non-residents-records-database/contacting-rni-desk.
Do you have a European passport? Then you can go to one of the 19 RNI-counters.
Don't have a European passport? Then you can go to 2 RNI-offices: Breda and Venlo.
2. Go to the RNI-counter where you have an appointment and bring your valid
identification.
3. Show the QR code on this form to the employee at the RNI-counter. You can print it or
show it on the screen of your phone.

This QR code contains the data you entered and verified via [Link]. The data in
the QR code is secure. Only the employee of the RNI-location can see it and uses it only for
registration in the RNI.
