Please fill in CAPITAL letters. BO Account Holders (Pledgors) may pledge securities held in their accounts to a Pledgee
who has an Account with a CDBL Participant. The Pledgor shall deliver the system generated acknowledgment
authenticated by his CDBL Participant to the Pledgee. Pledgee shall instruct his CDBL Participant to accept or reject the
pledge request depending on the Pledgee’s decision. Pledgors are cautioned that in the event of any default pledged
securities may be Confiscated by the Pledgee
