Here’s a crisp, full-year study plan for FY 2026–27 for all your IGCSE subjects, designed around your
school hours 07:00–16:00 and May/June 2027 exams.

1. Daily Time Blocks (Outside School)

 Weekdays (Mon–Fri)

 16:30–18:30 – Main study block (2 hours)

 1 hour: STEM (Maths/Sciences/CS)

 1 hour: Languages/Humanities (Eng Lang, Eng Lit, Spanish, Business)


 Optional: 20:30–21:00 – Light review / vocab / flashcards

 Saturday

 10:00–13:00 – 3 hours

 1 hr: Past papers (rotation)

 1 hr: Weakest STEM topic

 1 hr: Weakest language/humanities topic

 Sunday

 10:00–11:30 – 1.5 hours

3. Year Plan by Phase (Jul 2026 – May 2027)

Phase 1 – Foundations (Jul–Sep 2026)

Goal: Cover core basics in each subject.

 Mathematics 0580:
Number, algebra basics, fractions, indices, simple equations.

 Physics 0625:
Physical quantities & units, motion, forces, density, basic energy.

 Chemistry 0620:
States of matter, atomic structure, elements/compounds/mixtures, periodic table basics.
 Computer Science 0478:
Data representation basics (binary/denary/hex), simple Python/pseudocode, input/output, selection
and loops.

 English Language 0500:


Reading comprehension skills, summary writing, core writing tasks (descriptive/narrative).

 English Literature 0475:


Start set text(s) – read through, basic plot, characters, contexts.

 Spanish 0530:
Core vocabulary & grammar (present tense, basic opinions), simple writing & speaking.

 Business Studies 0450:


Business activity, classification of businesses, enterprise, stakeholders.

Usage of Weekly Timetable in this phase:

 In each subject slot, focus on core theory + basic exam-style questions (not heavy timed yet).

Phase 2 – Development (Oct–Dec 2026)

Goal: Move into deeper content and start short exam-style practice.

 Mathematics:
Algebra (simultaneous equations, inequalities), graphs, basic geometry, percentages.

 Physics:
Energy, work, power, thermal physics, waves basics, light.

 Chemistry:
Bonding (ionic, covalent), structure & properties, chemical equations, mole concept intro.
 Computer Science:
Hardware/software, networks basics, security, loops + arrays/lists, tracing algorithms.

 English Language:
Directed writing, viewpoint/persuasive writing, improving structure and coherence.

 English Literature:
Detailed study of poems/chapters/acts; learning key quotes and techniques.

 Spanish:
More tenses (past/future), transactional language, short writing tasks, role plays.

 Business Studies:
Business objectives, stakeholders, motivation, organization & management basics.

Practice:

 Start 10–20 min timed tasks in the second half of each subject block once a week.

 Use Friday slots to hit weakest topics discovered during the week.

Phase 3 – Full Syllabus Coverage & Past Papers (Jan–Mar 2027)

Goal: Complete syllabus, build strong exam technique.

Jan 2027: Finish remaining major topics

 Maths:
Trigonometry basics, further algebra, mensuration, probability & statistics intro.

 Physics:
Electricity basics, magnetism, simple circuits, sound, basic nuclear ideas.
 Chemistry:
Rates of reaction, reversible reactions, acids/bases, salts, metals & reactivity.

 Computer Science:
Databases, system life cycle, deeper programming tasks & pseudocode.

 English Language:
Full paper practice (reading + writing tasks).

 English Literature:
Exam-style essays; comparison of texts/poems.

 Spanish:
Longer writing, listening practice, speaking exam prep.

 Business Studies:
Marketing, operations, finance basics, external influences.

Feb–Mar 2027: Regular Past Paper Routine

 Weekdays:

 In each subject slot, split time:

 ~30 min new/revision content

 ~30 min past paper questions / exam-style practice.

 Fridays:

 STEM block: 1 mini paper section (e.g., Maths paper section or Sci questions)

 Lang/Hum block: 1 English or Business or Spanish section.

 Saturdays:
 Alternating full papers:

 Sundays:

 Review marked papers, update error logs (per subject).

Phase 4 – Intensive Revision (Apr–May 2027 – up to exams)

Goal: High-intensity, exam-focused revision and timing.

 Mon–Thu (16:30–18:30):

 1st hour: Rotating STEM subject (e.g., Mon–Maths, Tue–Physics, Wed–Chem, Thu–CS)

 2nd hour: Rotating Lang/Hum (e.g., Mon–Eng Lang, Tue–Eng Lit, Wed–Spanish, Thu–Business)

 Friday:

 Mixed paper sections from any subject where you feel weakest.

 Saturday:

 1 full timed paper (rotate across subjects).
