In order for your application to be considered and reviewed, the following documents are required:

• Statement of Purpose

• Official Transcripts – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: 


In order for your transcript to be considered official, the transcript must be sent directly by the
registrar’s office of the institution that you attended.

!! Even if you have the original transcripts SEALED and UNOPENED, it will only be considered
“OFFICIAL” if we receive it directly from the registrar’s office.

!! Please DO NOT mail your transcript PERSONALLY as it WILL NOT be accepted.

No exceptions.

There are 2 ways that the registrar’s office can provide the transcripts:

Option 1. Regular Mail


Option 2. Email

Email is a quicker option; however, the email must be sent from the institution that you attended.

• GPA – Must be in the 3.0 – 4.0 scale

• GRE – Institution Code: 5815, Department Code: 0402


If we are unable to locate your report in the GRE system, then you must provide us with the official
report.

Important: Any report that is past the 5-year mark is no longer valid and you must retake the test.

o Quantitative Reasoning Test – must score 65% or higher


o No Minimal Score required for the rest of the test

• TOEFL or IELTS (International students only) – Required only from Students applying from a non-
English speaking country. Institution Code: 5815, Department Code: 078.

▪ Computer based – 237
▪ Paper based – 580
o IELTS – Minimum score requirement:
▪ 65

• Letters of Recommendation: A minimum of three (3) letters is required
