Prologue:

C #1: This is the story of a lovely girl who was stolen from her parents when
she was just a baby by Mother Gotthel when she snuck into the castle and
took her.

C#2: The witch needed Repunzal's hair to stay young.

C#3: When Repunzal was little, she snuck downstairs to the window and
looked out the window to see the lanterns that were in the sky for her
birthday.

C#4: On her 18th birthday she decided to try to convince mother gotthel to
see the lanterns.

Scene 1

R: Hey mom today is my birthday

G: No

R: What?

G: I distinctly remember your birthday was last year

R: Thats kind of the funny thing they are every year, anyways this year I
wanted to see the floating lanterns

G: What?

R: I said I wa-
G: I heard what you said but I was confused about what you meant? Do you
want to leave the tower?

R: Yes, just for one night

G: ONE NIGHT?

R: Yes, one night Just to go see the lanterns

G: No

R: Wh-

G: Don't argue

R: Okay

G: Anyways, I'm off to pick berries

R: Okay, See you soon

*Mother leaves*

*Flynn Runs in*

F: Aaaaah, *Sees Repunzal* Oh Hi

R: Aaaaah, *Grabs frying pan and hits Fylnn with it*

Scene 2:

*Flynn is tied to a chair, then he wakes up*

F: woah were, am I?

R: who are you, how did you find me *holding frying pan*

F: woah don't hurt me I'll give you whatever you want vhxc 9 999999999 o

R: Really? can you take me to go see the floating lanterns

F: Sure, just untie me

*Unties F*

F: Wait where is my satchel, give it to me

R: Nope
Not until you take me to the lights.

scene 3:

F: If I take you to see the lanterns and then bring you home, you'll give me
my satchel.

R: I promise.

F: *runs to window* You comin’ blondie?

R: The world, it's right there. Here I go...*Climbs down her hair and hits the
ground*

F: *Laughs*

R: I can’t believe I did this!...I can’t believe I did this.

F: Lets turn around and get you-

R: No! I am seeing those lanterns!

Scene 4:

F: *notices a cut on his hand*

R: Let me help, but please promise not to freak out...*wraps hair around his
hand*

F:*Yells*

R: *Unwraps his hand* All better.

F: *Looks at his hand astonished*

Scene 5:

*F and R now win a boat*

F: *Points at the sky* Look...

R: *Gasps* The lanterns, they’re beautiful...

*A poster lands on the surface of the water*

R: *Looks at the poster*

*The poster has a picture of her as a kid saying, “Have you seen the lost
princess?”

R: I'm the lost princess


F: *hands her the tiara from his satchel*

Chorus:

C1: The lovely girl, rapunzel,

C2: finally got to see

C3: the floating lanterns

C4: and lived happily ever after.
