i want to add a guidelines command in whatsapp chat so that people get a broaden view than

help, help is only summarized one, i want extensive one in guidleines which tell the shops the
guidelines also the guidelines shoul be on par with the shop type so that they understand it
more for example hardware shops the guideline command can give them commands examples
of hrdware items so they can relate to it more the guidelines should contain what better
command the users should give so they get better results
