Reminder on Outstanding School Fees and Notice for Upcoming School Excursion
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health.
This letter serves as a gentle reminder regarding the settlement of your child/ward’s third
term school fees. As you are aware, timely payment of school fees enables us to maintain the
high standard of education, facilities, and extracurricular activities we provide for all our
students.
We kindly request that you settle the outstanding balance on or before 11 th April 2026. Payments
can be made via
0017501570 Jail Bank or cash at the school office]. Please ensure the child’s full name and
class are indicated on the payment slip or receipt.
Additionally, we are pleased to inform you about our upcoming Educational Excursion
scheduled for Friday, 15th June 2026. The excursion is designed to expose students to practical
learning experiences outside the classroom and will visit The Sanda Kyarimi park zoo and The
Airport
Cost: ₦2500 per student (to cover transportation, entry fees, and refreshments)
Note: Students whose school fees (including the excursion fee) are not fully paid by the deadline
may not be allowed to participate.
We encourage all students to participate as this activity forms part of the experiential learning
programme for the term.
Your prompt attention to the outstanding fees will be highly appreciated and will help avoid any
inconvenience to your child’s participation in school activities.
