About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Backend Developer Fresher to join our engineering team. This
role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience building scalable server-side applications using both
Java and [Link]. You will work closely with senior developers to design robust APIs, manage database interactions,
and write clean, efficient code. If you are passionate about backend architecture and want to kickstart your career in
software development, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Code Development: Assist in writing, testing, and maintaining backend code using Java (e.g., Spring Boot)
and [Link] (e.g., NestJs).

• API Integration: Help design and implement RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with server-
side logic and databases.

• Bug Fixing: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks in existing applications.

• Database Operations: Write basic SQL queries and assist in managing data flows within relational or NoSQL
databases.

• Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to learn industry best
practices.

• Documentation: Create and update technical documentation for APIs and internal systems.

Required Qualifications
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field.

• Programming Skills: Foundational knowledge of Java and JavaScript/[Link].

• Web Fundamentals: Basic understanding of how the web works (HTTP protocols, REST APIs, client-server
architecture).

• Tools: Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git and GitHub/GitLab.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to learning and tackling new challenges.

• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask questions and work
effectively in a team environment.
