Purpose: Understand clinician experience, satisfaction, challenges, and perceived impact of Leo on
workflow, documentation, and patient care.
Interview Duration: ~5–10 minutes
Format: Semi-structured — allow clinicians to expand on answers.

2. Have you used digital documentation tools before? If yes, which ones?
2. Workflow & Documentation
1. How was your experience creating OPs using Leo + SAM compared to typing or paper?
2. Did Leo affect the time you spent with patients or your cognitive load?
3. Were there any fields or steps that were confusing or missing?
4. How do you feel about the completeness and legibility of Leo documentation?
3. Lab / Radiology Orders & Results
1. How easy was it to place lab or radiology orders in Leo?
2. Did you notice any difference in turnaround times compared to paper?
3. How did receiving results in Leo affect your workflow?
4. Consults & Clearances (Phase 3)
1. Did the “Assign to Department” / consult alerts help you track patient clearances?
2. Were there any delays or issues with consult notifications?

Tips for Conducting Interviews
• Keep it short — ideally 5–10 mins.
• Record responses in a dedicated sheet or notebook.
• Probe gently if responses are vague (“Can you give an example?”).
• Ensure confidentiality to get honest feedback.
• Link to SUS/TAM scores — you can ask if their interview answers align with how they
scored usability/perceived usefulness.
