Overview

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer driving engineering excellence across
enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications. This role blends hands-on
development with strategic leadership, focusing on secure, scalable systems
deployed on Azure and powered by JBoss.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Engineering

 Write and review high-quality code across backend (Java/J2EE) and


frontend (React, Angular, or similar).

 Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.

 Manage API design, microservices architecture, and containerization


(Docker/Kubernetes).

 Implement and maintain robust security controls including OAuth2,


SAML, and role-based access.

 Cloud-native transformation and deployment strategies on Microsoft


Azure.

 Evaluate and implement DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a


related technical field (required)

 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in


Java/J2EE stack.

 Strong experience with JBoss, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful


services.

 Proven track record of deploying secure applications on Azure cloud.

 Solid understanding of application security, encryption, and


compliance standards.
 Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Qualifications

 Certifications in Azure Architecture or Security.

 Experience migrating from Oracle to PostgreSQL is strongly preferred

 Familiarity with container orchestration technologies.

 Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government).
