Opening Prayer

M: Ako naman ay si Ma. Evelyn Ungsod, and we are your masters of ceremony for
today!
S: As students who are preparing to take your next big step in life, you’re probably
wondering: Am I ready for the real world? That question is exactly what our topic today
aims to answer. Our seminar is titled ‘Bridging Campus to Career: Skills for the Real
World.’
M: By the end of this session, you’ll gain more clarity, confidence, and direction as
you prepare for your future career.
And to begin our seminar, we would like to call on someone whose leadership,
support, and commitment play a vital role in shaping the success of our department.
S: Let us give a warm round of applause to our Department Head, Dr. Chanda R.
Tingga.

message truly energizes us as we move forward with today’s program.
First Session
S: As we move forward to our first session, let us introduce you our first speaker.
M: Our First Speaker is a dedicated and results-driven professional with combined
experience in public health administration, office management, and education. Skilled
in coordinating multi-stakeholder programs, managing executive operations, and
ensuring compliance with ISO and government standards. Adept at strategic planning,
communication, and organizational development in both public service and faith-
based settings.
S: A graduate of Bachelor in Business Teacher Education, Major in Business
Technology at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. A License Professional
Teacher and Office Professional. A Health Program Officer I and Executive Assistant
to the Director IV at DOH-HEMB. She also serves as Coordinator of the Archdiocesan
Youth Organizations and Movements. Her work spans DRRM-H, policy coordination,
leadership development, and youth ministry. Please welcome Ms. Manelyn Banco.

Second Session
M: To continue our program, it is my honor to introduce our second speaker for today.
She is a two-year consecutive Dean’s Lister and a proud CHED Scholar, a testament
to her strong commitment to academic excellence. She is a graduate of Rizal
Technological University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Office Administration.
S: In the professional field, she previously served as a Loan Assistant at BDO Unibank
and is currently working in a real estate company, where she has grown from being a
Treasury Assistant to now serving as a Cash Reporting Analyst. With her solid
background in both academics and industry experience, we are confident that she will
share valuable insights with us today. Let us all give a warm round of applause for our
second speaker, Ms. Patricia M. Reyes!

S: As we come to the end of our seminar, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude
to everyone who made this event a success. First, our sincere appreciation to our
Project Management Professor, Ms. Flora, for sharing your expertise and guiding us
from the planning stages to the execution of this seminar.
M: We also extend our deepest thanks to our Department Head, Dr. Chanda R. Tingga
