Manager – Store

1. Inventory Management

 Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and
finished goods
 Ensure accurate stock records and minimize inventory losses

2. Material Receipt & Dispatch Management

 Supervise material receipt, inspection coordination, and storage


 Manage timely dispatch of materials to production and customers

3. ERP & Documentation Management

 Maintain accurate records of material transactions through ERP systems


 Ensure proper documentation for inward, outward, and stock transfer processes

4. Stores Operations Management

 Implement efficient warehouse layout and storage practices


 Ensure proper material identification, tagging, and storage conditions

5. Stock Control & Audit

 Conduct regular physical stock verification


 Support internal and external audit processes

6. Coordination with Departments

 Coordinate with procurement, production, planning, and maintenance teams for


material availability
 Ensure uninterrupted material supply for production operations

7. Cost Control & Inventory Optimization

 Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory


 Implement cost-saving measures in inventory management

8. Compliance & Safety

 Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in store operations
 Support compliance with quality standards such as
ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 etc.
