Good morning everyone!
A very warm welcome to all the amazing students gathered here today.
Respected faculty members, the Training & Placement Cell, our distinguished guests, and most
importantly all the students who were part of the ATF 2025 season — it’s wonderful to see
such an energetic audience this morning.
Today is not just another college event.
Today is about celebrating ambition, resilience, and national-level achievement.
Because today, we are sharing this stage with students who stood among the Top 200 tech
students in the entire country.
And that is truly something to be proud of.
For those hearing about it for the first time,
ATF — the AlgoUniversity Tech Fellowship is a national-level tech fellowship combined
with a co-op internship opportunity, conducted by AlgoUniversity, backed by Y
Combinator.
The fellowship attracts participation from students of top institutes across India, including **IIT
Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Guwahati, and BITS Pilani, along with students from several
NITs, IIITs, and other leading universities across the country.
So when students from our campus stand alongside talent from these institutes, it becomes a
moment of pride for the entire college.
What makes ATF even more special is that it is open to both male and female students,
unlike programs such as Adobe Women-in-Technology Scholarship or TalentSprint WE
Program by Google, giving everyone an equal chance to compete on a national stage.

Many of you sitting here today actually participated in the ATF 2025 season.
You experienced the coding challenges, the problem-solving rounds, the learning, and the
intense competition.
So you already know — this journey was not easy.
In fact, the numbers themselves tell the story.
The AlgoUniversity Tech Fellowship 2025 started with more than 2 lakh applications from
across India.
From there, the competition narrowed down step by step.
● Stage 1: 50,000 candidates moved forward.
● Stage 2: 20,000 candidates remained — representing the top 8% of students in the
country.
● Interview Stage: Only 1,000 candidates reached this round, placing them among the
top 0.5% nationally.
● And finally… only 200 students across India were selected as ATF Fellows — the top
0.2%.
And among those 200 students in the entire country… We have our own students standing
here today.
That is the moment of pride we are celebrating.
Now before we move ahead, let me briefly introduce the organization behind this incredible
opportunity — AlgoUniversity.
AlgoUniversity is a Y Combinator–backed AI research and education firm, sharing the
startup ecosystem that has produced companies like Airbnb, Meesho, Razorpay, and many
more.
The team includes ACM-ICPC world finalists and Olympiad medalists who together have
won four medals for India, and they are also the first Indian team to win the AI track of the
prestigious Meta Hacker Cup for algorithmic problem solving.
Today’s event is not just about certificates.
It is about recognition.
It is about celebrating effort.
And most importantly, it is about inspiring every student in this room.
Because the students we are celebrating today were once sitting exactly where you are

And their journey proves that students from this very campus can compete with the best
in the country — and win.

He is a Master on Codeforces, a Quant Trader, and was the youngest intern at Directi at the
age of just 17. He is also an alumnus of IIIT Hyderabad.

32–34 mins ATF Scholar Outcomes – Brief (≈1 minute)
Before we move ahead, let’s take a moment to look at what the ATF journey actually leads to.
For many of the ATF Scholars 2025, the journey has already begun in some incredible ways.
As you saw in the video, several scholars have stepped into co-op internships and
opportunities at top tech and finance companies.
For example, Akshat is currently an intern at Ebullient Securities, a high-frequency trading
firm, with an impressive ₹4.5-lakh monthly stipend.
Aamod Jain secured two offers from global tech companies — Google and Salesforce.
Shivang from IIIT Lucknow is currently working as a Software Engineering Intern at Uber.
What’s exciting is that their journeys have only just begun.
In just the last three months, these scholars have already started stepping into roles where
they are learning, building, and shaping their careers.
And that is the real impact of the AlgoUniversity Tech Fellowship — opening doors, creating
opportunities, and helping talented students transition from campus to real industry
experiences.
And who knows… the next names in this list might just be some of you sitting in this room
