Wellbeing Check-in
Supporting children within your Club requires checking-in on their mental, social and emotional wellbeing.
We do this by having intentional Wellbeing Check-ins at the beginning AND end of each Rise then Shine and
Stay and Play session.
We can do this through our Welcome Meetings, small activities, conversation starters and visual cues. In
doing our Wellbeing Check-ins, we can best support our children and families, by being consistent in our
meaningful connections to welcome all to our Club.
