When I first work at Concentrix my base pay is Rp. 2,4 Million raised to 2,65 Million in 2025
- Montly attendance incentive is Rp 200.000
- Performance incentive is Rp 200.000
- Holiday Overtime is 250.000
I usually received around 2,9 – 3,1 Million per month and im ready to support this with my
pay slip.

Before I answered this question I would like to tell my background story first.
My name is Nicholas J. Situmorang im born and raised in East Kalimantan and I take
my degree at Atmajaya Yogyakarta University so I lived in Yogyakarta since 2019-
2025, though I finished my degree on may 2024 I decided to continiue to develop my
career in Yogyakarta or at least in Java.
Back in early 2025 my mother fallen ill so I decided to quit my job in order to look
after my ill mother since my father is working and both my siblings is just entered
college so there’s no one to take care of my mother at home.
And so i talk this to my family to wait for me atleast until I finished my one month
notice resign, and so my last day at my work is on 1st march 2025 and I got back on
my hometown on 7th march and since all I do is to take care my mother.
And thank God my mother is feeling better, she can take care herself and already
capable to take her medication and remember the doctor's prescription. So today I
saw the job vacancy im really enthusiastic in this opportunity since it’s a Management
training program.
Forgive myself for writing so long but since you asked to avoid general platitudes I
going to tell you that im tired being the lower hierarcy of society and im going to get
my family rich through this job opportunity if you decided to hire me all I can say is im
going to surpass the all the 9 indonesian dragon.
