30-Day Calm & Nervous System Reset Routine

Goal: Move from survival mode to calm, stable, and optimistic within 1 month.

Morning Routine (30–60 min)

- No phone for 20 minutes

- Deep breathing: inhale 4 sec, exhale 6–8 sec (5–10 min)

- Step outside or open a window for fresh air

Daytime Habits
