Circular Diffuser : ASC704
Caryaire Circular Diffuser ASC704 is an architectural diffuser
designed with multiple cones, placed in a single plane and is
mounted flush with the ceiling. It provides a uniform 360 degree
diffusion as the air exits in all directions and hugs the ceiling to
provide excellent mixing and performance. It features a
removable core which provides for easy installation into the rigid
round collar/duct and for easy access to the ductwork.
The Standard finish is Powder Coated in Caryaire White (CW) or Caryaire Off-white (CW). A butterfly
(2 flap) damper can be mounted on the neck of the diffuser, if required.

• The Selection table is based on full scale lab tests according to standard of ISO 5219 and ISO
5135
• The diffuser is placed in the centre of a square room
• The diffuser is mounted, aligned to the ceiling. If the Diffuser is not on the ceiling, the throw
data needs to be multiplied by 1.4
• Room height is 3m
• Sound index NR is based on sound power without room attenuation and without damper
• Throws given correspond to terminal velocity of 0.25 m/s in the occupied zone

Insert Diffuser Frame into Duct, Affix
the Diffuser frame to the duct
with screws and then insert the
removable core of the diffuser to
complete installation
Specifications :
Circular Diffuser is made of 1mm Aluminium Sheet and precision formed Aluminium sheet central
core of 1mm thickness duly powder coated. The Diffuser Frame sits flush on the ceiling or mounting
frame so as to provide efficient mixing and performance. The Multiple air outlets are arranged in a
single plane to form a removable Core to provide excellent diffusion as the air exits the diffuser.
Circular Diffuser has a removal central core which allows access to the ductwork and
for easy installation into the rigid circular duct collar. An optional butterfly (2 flap) damper can be
mounted on the neck of the diffuser. The Standard finish is Powder Coated in Caryaire White (CW) or
Caryaire Off-white (CO).
