Advanced Compressor Fault Finding Guide (Hindi)

1. Electrical Fault Checking

Symptoms: Compressor start nahi hota, trip ho jata hai.


Tools: Multimeter, Clamp meter.
Steps:
• Resistance check (Common-Start-Run)
• Continuity test
• Capacitor µF check
Solution: Capacitor/relay change, winding burn ho to replace.

2. Mechanical Fault

Symptoms: Zyada awaz, vibration, jam.


Check: Direct supply dekar observe kare.
Solution: Repair possible nahi, compressor replace.

3. Overheating Problem

Symptoms: Body bahut garam, overload trip.


Check:
• Condenser airflow
• Fan working
• Gas level
Solution: Condenser cleaning, proper gas charging.

4. Low / No Compression

Symptoms: Cooling nahi, pressure same.


Tools: Manifold gauge.
Check: Suction aur discharge pressure compare kare.
Solution: Compressor replace.

5. Gas Leakage Detection

Symptoms: Cooling kam, ice formation.


Tools: Soap solution / leak detector.
Steps:
• Joints check kare
• Bubble formation dekhe
Solution: Leak repair + vacuum + gas charge.

6. Overload Trip Issue

Symptoms: Bar-bar band hota hai.


Check:
• Voltage (low/high)
• Ampere draw
Solution: Stabilizer use kare, overload replace.

7. Locked Rotor Problem

Symptoms: Tik-tik sound, high amp.


Check:
• Capacitor weak?
• Rotor jam?
Solution: Capacitor change ya compressor replace.

Field Tips (Important)

• Hamesha vacuum kare gas charging se pehle


• Correct gas use kare (R22, R134a etc.)
• Dirty condenser = 50% problems
• Ampere reading normal range me hona chahiye
