QUES-3. (i) The school should isolate sick students, sanitize classrooms, encourage use of

(iii) By washing hands regularly, wearing masks, avoiding sharing food/water, keeping

(ii) I would explain that mosquito bites spread malaria, dengue, chikungunya, etc., and
nets/repellents act as protection shields to keep us safe.
(iii) They may get infected with malaria or other mosquito-borne diseases, which can lead
to severe illness and sometimes death.
QUES- 5. (i) I would tell him calmly that smoking damages lungs, causes cancer, and
shortens life, and that his family needs him to stay healthy.
(ii) I would refuse politely, explain its harmful effects, and encourage my
friend to quit too.

rules, and promoting sports and healthy lifestyles.

When the body faces a pathogen for the first time, it takes time to recognize it and
produce antibodies. This is called primary response. During this, the body also makes
memory cells. Next time, when the same pathogen attacks, these memory cells
quickly recognize it and produce a large number of antibodies. This is called
secondary response, which is much stronger and faster.
