Rs. 30,000. Decide.
3. The purchased black yarn was found to be damaged by the white ants. Analyse with the
applicability of the doctrine of caveat emptor.
4. 'A hires a carriage of 'B'. The carriage is unsafe and B is not aware of it: A is thrown from
carriage and got injured. Analyse the liability of B.
5. B issued an advertisement that a person on purchase of Premier Padmini Car can enter into
the contest to win two tickets from New Delhi to London and back. ‘S’ purchased the car and
