The Rules That Make It Work
Ignore these and the schedule is just a pretty timetable.

One Subject Per Block Phone in Another Room

beats 8 hrs of aimless sitting. separates toppers from the rest.

Consistency Over Intensity Protect Your Sleep

6 days/week for 10 months beats 14-hr days for 3 weeks then a crash. Sleep is not a reward — it's part of studying. Cutting it erases what you

DAILY STUDY HOURS BREAKDOWN

A Final Note
This is the routine that works — not because it's harsh, but because it's honest. It respects your biology, protects your worship, and leaves
room for you to remain a human being for an entire year. The goal isn't to survive FSc. It's to come out the other side with your discipline intact,
your faith stronger, and a result that reflects what you actually put in.
