Ma’am, I’ve been working nonstop, pero hindi ko talaga kaya mag-isa. Ang
daming kulang na impormasyon!
Ms. Enna (stern, raising voice slightly):
That is your responsibility! Dapat make sure mo na complete.
Fajutagana (voice rising, emotional):
Yes, Ma’am, pero I needed help! I asked for support, pero walang tumulong sa
akin!
Ms. Enna (steps closer, intimidating):
Then dapat sigurado kang naiparating ang concerns mo instead of letting the
work suffer!
Fajutagana (almost shouting):
I DID communicate! Pero kahit po kayo hindi nag-follow up!
(Everyone gasps. Silence fills the room.)
Alyssa (worried):
Fajutagana, please… calm down.
Fajutagana (shaking head):
No! Lagi kaming sinisisi kahit hindi lang naman kami ang may problema!
lenor (steps in, irritated):

among the team members.
Harvey (frustrated):
Guys, this is getting worse! Wala talagang coordination!
Lenor (confused):
Hindi ko na alam kung ano gagawin ko. Minsan may task ako, minsan wala!
Alyssa (upset):
During meetings, parang nobody listens! Lahat busy sa sarili nila.
Ada (worried):
Kapag may problem ako, hindi ko alam kung kanino lalapit kasi lahat stressed o
galit.
Cassandra (serious):

team.

Ano ba ang sinabi nila?

If we don’t improve our project might fail completely.
Fajutagana (anxious):
Kasi nga walang system! Lahat magulo!
Alyssa (worried):
And we’re not really working as a team!
Harvey (encouraging, serious):
Exactly. That’s why they’re introducing a new workflow system—clear roles, clear
communication, at regular updates para mas smooth ang trabaho natin.
(Everyone processes the information, quiet and tense.)
Scene 4: Resistance & Realization

work itself, but their lack of cooperation and communication.

We really need to follow this system. Hindi ito gagana kung kanya-kanya tayo.

Tama si Harvey. Kahit gaano kaganda ang plano, kung wala tayong teamwork,
wala rin mangyayari.
Fajutagana (calmer):
Siguro nga… hindi lang trabaho ang problema, pati tayo.
Alyssa (soft):
Kailangan natin makinig sa isa’t isa, hindi lang magsalita.
Cassandra:
And stop blaming each other. Walang maayos kung puro sisi lang.
Lenor:
Pwede natin ito ayusin… if we work together.
Ada (encouraging):
Simulan natin sa maliit—usap, respeto, at tiwala.
Harvey (nodding):
One step at a time. Basta sama-sama.
Scene 5: Workplace Change

Tutulungan ko si Lenor para mas mabilis namin matapos ang data.
Cassandra:
Ako naman ang magbabantay sa progreso ng bawat task para sigurado on track
tayo.
Fajutagana:

Harvey:
I will compile the final report once everything is finished.

Mukhang mas maayos na ngayon ang daloy ng trabaho natin.

Ang laki na ng pagbabago natin. Hindi ko akalain na aabot tayo dito.
Lenor (nodding, impressed):
Oo nga. Before, magulo tayo at parang kanya-kanya. Ngayon, organized na at
mas malinaw na ang sistema natin.
Alyssa (confident, holding some papers):
I feel more confident sharing ideas now. Hindi na ako nahihiya kasi alam kong
nakikinig kayo.
Harvey (relaxed, arms crossed but smiling):
Same here. We’re finally working as a team. Hindi na puro misunderstandings.
Cassandra (looking at the project):
Mas maganda na ang results natin compared before. Kitang-kita talaga yung
improvement.
Fajutagana (laughing lightly):
At hindi na stressful! Mas masaya na magtrabaho kapag may teamwork.
