Complainant has made a statement he wants to withdraw
the present complaint as compromise has been effected between and
accused. He further stated that now nothing is left due against the
accused. The complainant has been identified by the Ld. counsel for
the complainant. Heard.
In view of statement made by the complainant, present
complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to records
after due compliance.
