Prioritization with Structured Time Management.s

Reason:
This strategy directly targets the core issue; too many responsibilities and feeling overwhelmed.
By prioritizing tasks and planning your day:

It helps us focus on what truly matters, instead of trying to do everything at once

How you will know that the problem is solved:

I’ll know my problem is improving or solved when I start noticing clear, practical changes in my
daily life:

 I’ll feel less anxious and more calm


 I’ll be able to complete my important tasks on time
 My tasks will be organized and prioritized

I feel anxious and distressed when I have to speak in front of a large audience because I lack
confidence and fear making mistakes

Feelings: What were you feeling at that time (i.e., anxious, depressed, irritable etc.).
At that time, I was feeling anxious, nervous, and tense, with a sense of fear and self-doubt about
speaking in front of a large audience.
Outcome: Then, what was the outcome of feeling that way?
The outcome of feeling anxious and nervous was that I struggled to focus, stumbled over my
words, and felt embarrassed, which lowered my confidence and made the speaking experience
more stressful than necessary.
