Students from the BSEE-04 class are requesting the Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering to reschedule their consecutive examinations for Signals and Systems, Entrepreneurship, and Islamiyat. They express concern that having exams on consecutive days does not allow sufficient preparation time, which could negatively impact their performance and overall GPA. The students are seeking a gap between the exams to enhance their ability to prepare effectively.

To: The Head of Department of Electrical Engineering

Subject: Request for Rescheduling of Consecutive Examinations

Respected Sir,

We hope you are doing well. We are writing this to respectfully bring to your attention an issue
regarding the current examination schedule.

According to the datesheet, we have two examinations scheduled on consecutive days: Signals
and Systems on Monday, followed by Entrepreneurship and Islamiyat on Tuesday; two
consecutive exams on same day. This arrangement provides no sufficient gap for preparation
and revision, which may significantly affect students’ performance in both subjects. Moreover,
you are already aware of the overall result of class, and this would definitely affect the result of
all the student especially those who are already in the range of 2.5 to 2.9 GPA.

Given the academic load and the importance of these courses, we humbly request you to kindly
reconsider the schedule and, if possible, provide a gap between these examinations. This would
allow students to prepare more effectively and perform to the best of their abilities.

We would be truly grateful for your understanding and consideration of this matter.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

BSEE-04
