Steps to reset password of VMS portal –

1. Open the VMS portal by using mentioned URL


2. Click on (Can't access your account?) in the login page
3. Select password option then mention your VMS ID ( A001234_ Y5B0)
4. System will send password reset mail on registered email ID.
5. Create new password via received mail
Your password will be reset.

Do’s & Don’t’ s- VMS
DO's –
1) Vendor needs to change password at first login.
2) Check for qty, rate & description of work and accept PO within 24 hrs of issuance of PO.
3) Maximum file size that can be uploaded is 50 MB
4) On completion of Job send a confirmation mail to the respective project owner of Cheil to start billing
5) Digitally signed Invoices should be uploaded in pdf only.
6) All invoices no. should be unique for each vendor and with a limit of 16 Digit as per GST Act.
7) Submit E invoice if applicable.

Don'ts-
1) No upload of Invoice possible after due date. Please keep a track.
2) Bill amount should not exceed the PO amount.
3) Before completing the sub task check properly that E-Invoice option duly selected (For digitally signed invoices)
4) Invoice/CN nos. should not be change later, if you do any changes it will may attract penalties
